As part of our transition into using Compass for student management we are beginning to create our events using the Compass platform.

This means that you will start to receive Compass event notifications for student excursions and in-school activities, and consent is provided online, rather than as a paper consent Form.

Compass Pay is currently not available and unfortunately, we are unable to adjust the cost on the events page. This means that on the event the cost on the first page will always show as $0. Once you open the event, which is how you must provide consent online, you will see the excursion cost and the relevant payment details in the event descriptions. 

When you get event notifications, please ensure you provide online consent and payment through direct debit as soon as possible. If you are unsure of the amount owing or need any assistance, please contact the office. 

If you haven’t already, please download the Compass app. You will have received an email with your individual compass log in details from Compass. Check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it, or please contact the office if you can’t find your logins or need any help.
