Leadership at Inglewood Primary School is a growing and exciting space. We strongly encourage and support teacher aspirations and have intentionally built a distributed leadership model to provide opportunities for our staff to play a key role in school improvement. 

As a school focused on amplifying quality instructional strategies and evidence based approaches to teaching, learning and assessment, we invest in professional learning for staff and strong support mechanisms to help them flourish as developing leaders, Our Level 3 teachers work alongside the Admin team to craft purposeful portfolios aligned to our Business Plan priority areas. Budding teacher leaders are also guided to support staff and our community through key leadership initiatives each term in a number of areas.
