- If you are going to be absent, you are welcome to arrange your own Otherwise, please contact one of the Deputy Principals as soon as possible (before midnight or after 5am). In 2022, Jo Bassett on 0419 913 862.
- Please note that all Short Leave and Long Service Leave requests must be approved by the Principal PRIOR to being taken.
- ‘Application for Leave’ is processed through HRMIS self-service.
- When lodging your absence request via HRMIS prior to the day, please provide the name of the relief teacher. Otherwise, email PS@education.wa.edu.au to ensure all members of the Administration Team are aware of your absence.
- Staff are required to submit their leave request through HRMIS within five days of returning to work.
- Medical certificates are required for family carers leave, sick leave of two or more consecutive days and leave that is taken immediately prior to or after a school break. Refusal to do so may result in this leave being investigated.
- The medical certificate should be put in the tray in the Manager Corporate Services (MCS) office within 5 days of returning to school.
